Customlabels4u ripoff no customer service no exchange policy - rude company Now I'm stuck with a product that I can't use

I ordered a product from Customlabels4u.com for my wedding and when I received the item I noticed that it was different from my previous order of the exact same item. I contacted the company to let them know but immediately notice that they had no intention of compensating me or offering any other alternative other than to order more of the same item.

I expressed that there was no way for me to know that my second order, of the exact item I ordered before, would be different. She said sorry but you didn't specify. Again I expressed that they did not indicate that I needed to specify anything other than to order the item but she would not exchange or offer an alternative for the product. I tried had my fiance call her to discuss the order and even before he could explain who he was and why he was calling, she was unbelievably rude on the phone and hung up on him.

Now I'm stuck with a product that I can't use. I would not recommend using this company EVER, because they do not stand behind their product and offer the consumer no alternative if they receive an incorrect product.

Her argument is the following:
"We are a small home-based business without the sophisticated software to tell us if an order is a repeat or not."

I had the worst customer service ever. I will NEVER use this company again.
