Neither company stands behind their products. They are great at taking your money and basically, running with it. If you want frustration, poor quality, horrible service then spend your hard earned money at Ashley Furniture and purchase the Guardsman Protection Service Warranty.

The construction of Ashley's furniture is poor at best. Guardsman Protection Service Warranty does not stand behind their warranty.

Springs and construction is terrible on their sofa and love seats. I am not even talking about the fabric or cushions. I am talking about the construction.

Please take this to heart! Do not purchase a stitch of anything from this company.
