Poor service and lies

2 months ago I called Sprint to find out when I could terminate my cell service with them without any penalty. The said that if I terminated before 9-12 they would charge a $250 termination fee. I asked if I could call earlier and was told that I could not.

Today (9-11-12013), I called to terminate and was told that, since I didn't call earlier that I would have to pay for an extra month's service. I can only assume that this is a scam, they lied to me plus I had really poor service. I'll will relay my experience to anyone who even mentions cell service...
