No reception - Sprint mobile phone provide

After four months of calling and complaints about not having cell service in my area sprint has been nothing but unhelpful. My final call with them today revealed that they have no idea when service will be good. They said that they are in the middle of a tower modification and sorry about that. They would not send me a booster free of charge in the meantime. I guess four months without cell service was not adequate. When I asked for a discount because I'm sitting with an almost unusable phone, the max they would give me was 15%. They told me I'm operating at 85% service even though they can see that I can't get or place calls from my home and the only calls I can get are when I'm in some other area. They even went on to tell me that the tower I should be using was only operating at 68% of capabilitiy. When I asked if I can terminate my contract without a fee, they said sure but I'll have to return the brand new Samsung Galaxy phone with no refund. They are not willing to help, they are unaware of when their towers would be working and while the people I spoke to were sympathetic, very polite and nice, my issue has not been resolved. I wonder if sprint would listen more if I missed the phone call from my children or parents that that they were in danger and something horrible happened to them. I wonder if maybe the tower might be fixable after someone is hurt in a car accident and can't dial for help because they have no service. I wonder how Sprint can feel so little about their service that they are not willing to do anything except 15%, or a $200 phone loss. So disappointed in this company. Truly not a company that I would refer. During my phone call with one of 3 people I spoke to today, they actually tried to sell me insurance on my phone. I get no reception and it still becomes a sales pitch. Sprint has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, truly horrible and an example of the worst of what is available in the cell phone industry.
