Disrespect to customers, delays, harassment

Bus 1:15 PM Philadelphia to NY on Sunday, September 8, left at 1:50 PM without explanation and excuses for delay. The driver had an attitude from the beginning with the travelers, in my case meling comments on the spelling of my name making me feel bad just because I'd not American. The bus was not cleaned after previous trip having all the garbage, like food and drinks leftovers on the chairs and floor. The driver did not introduce himself once he closed the door and did not announced the route, nor the riding rules like all other drivers do. At the first bus stop did not say the city or make announcements. After leaving the station the bus stopped at a street light, the AC cut off and the driver left the bus leaving thr door open without saying anything. Two travelers stepped out for a cigarette and when they retuneed the driver came back and called the police on them kicking them out. Every single person on the bus from children to the oldest one was mad at him for not informing us about the situation and for not communicating that we are not allowed to leave the bus, but still calling the police on those that did. The bus seems to have technical problems, but there is still no communication provided and for those that ask anything the driver are told that is a homeland security matter to keep the questions to themselves or he is going to call the cops again. No appologises from the driver or Greyhound company. On top of all, there is no refund policy... I wish I would have a copy of my ticket to submit here, but all tickets purchased online are retained by the driver. The driver refuses to cooperate with me on submitting this complaint and providing his name or other explanation, oredering me to stay seated.
