Disgraceful Greyhound Bus Drive

I had a horrible experience on the greyhound bus from Chicago to Detroit on December 18. It started with the bus driver announcing we had no plug in outlets or Wyfi and hoped our cell phones would go dead! Then we got to Kalamazoo and was told we had a 10 minute break and if we were late we would be left behind and there would be no further breaks til Detroit! About an hour later the driver pulls up to a truck stop and told us he decided he would give us 10minutes to get food and if we were late he would leave us behind! Then about half hour later he pulls into a rest area off the interstate... Says nothing and gets off the bus. Its very dark outside and us passengers were concerned about whats going on! Five minutes later the driver gets back on the bus still not saying a word. About that time two men come from the back of the bus to the front talking loudly and trashly and street talk about guns. I got scared and wanted to get off bus in Ann Arbor but depot was closed and my cell phone was going dead! I didnt feel safe at all and from Ann Arbor the language by the two men continued and the driver laughed! I tried to call Greyhound security to tell them i wanted protection when I arrived downtown but got no answer! When the bus got downtown I reported the problem and personnel got me on my connecting bus and treated me with concern! The bus driver I had was a total disgrace to Greyhound and more than rude and arrogant! I dread my return trip later this month!!! I dont ride the bus often but never have a met such a horrible arrogant person as the bus driver was!
