I recieved a phone call from these people telling me i had an issue with my laptop and that they were representives of "Microsoft" and had been tasked with correcting the issue. I had concerns but as the laptop was demonstrating issues of not running routine maintance and i have no real understanding about computers i relucantly let them have remote access to my laptop. The laptop appears to be working correctly but in reality i have no idea if it is or not.
