VISA Gift Card

Still awaiting gift card. Was initially promised a $300 gift card for switching. Eligible after 90 days of service.install date 3/15.90 day waiting period 6/15. Please review notes as i've made numerous calls with conflicting information (e.G. Not eligible, eligible but wasn't entered, being escalated (entered manually). This is the most recent chain of events:

7/9 Stella referred me to Yolanda at San Diego call center. Now only eligible for $200 gift card (Ref #14571510). Allow 2 weeks... 7/23.
7/22 Spoke to Manager @ 11:30. Said not eligible for $200 gift card, only $100. Issued $50 credit on bill for prior service issues. Allow 3 weeks for $100 gift card…8/12/13
8/19 Per Marcus (ID M0B). Allow 6-8 weeks from 7/9 for card…. 9/3/13
9/4 Per CSR @ 2:15pm….. Need to allow 8 weeks which he calculates to be 9/9. Apparently they count 2 mos; not 8 weeks which would have been yesterday. Bad enough that they are not honoring the $300 in the first place. But having read numerous reviews, i feel like it's a scam. The installation was horrible (took 5 hours and very unsightly wiring, took 3 phone calls to receive a guide after being told each time to look it up online, to now wasting my time and energy just to get the $100 they promised.
