Incomplete Installation of Residential Central AC

Omega Heating & Air of Conyers, GA installed 2 new central air units for a residence in June but failed to install two safety features they said they would install in the home designed to prevent over flow water. The manager and other supervisors were called from June to one week from August to come back and install parts. Secretary very nice and took messages but management and technicians failed to return calls nor report to residence to install parts for new AC units. Several calls were made and secretary was told a consumer complaint against company would be made.
