Finished Install never came back with permit filings. J

Avalanche (Lenny Lebedinsky) had promised a top of the line Installation, High End Rheeme Heating and Air Units. He delivered them the next day after signing the contract and started the install. The workers and Lenny were great. Very Curtious and professional.

After the install we asked about when should we expect the permit so we could get an inspection. This has been about 3 weeks now with multiple calls to Avalanche trying to reach someone about this issue. We were told numerous times that the permit has been filed do not worry. I went to the township two days ago and they never recieved anything from this company not to mention they never even heard of this contractor. One of the reasons we went with Avalanche and not one of the other 4 contractors is he was the best in regards to the price and presentation for the work. He was very respectfull and quite knowledgeable about 2 zone systems. Great ideas on how to run the duct work. He also had the best warranty and Rheeme units were what we wanted. Not counting on getting someone out now if there is a ever a problem.

I regret to have to report this on Lenny's Company, but that is definately not good business practice not to mention professionalism. We had agreed on 50% down and 50% when complete, I am so glad we held 10% of his money. Hopefully you will read this Lenny and want the rest of your money. All we want to do is finish the permit process and get the inspection on what you installed.
