Installed garage doors incorrectly causing damage to door and would not fix the problem

Omega garage doors in Youngstown Ohio sold us two garage doors. They installed them improperly and the door buckled. An Omega salesman said that a support strut should have been installed with the door since we had a garage door opener. The installer did not do this We paid $1,300.00 for the doors and installation. We asked them to take care of the problem, which was their fault They did not stand behind their installation even after an admission by their salesmen that they caused this problem. The manager wanted us to buy another garage door for $600.00 (he tried to tell us this was a good deal.) We were told the doors we purchased a few years ago were discontinued. The new door he wanted us to buy did not even match the other door We asked them to come and install the strut and they would not do it. They wanted us to pay $200.00 to fix their mistake. I found another garage door company to come to fix their poor work. He was amazed that the strut was left off and even more amazed they did not stand behind their work. This man fixed their horrible work and charged me $60.00 less than Omega wanted. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Omega garage door sales. There are many reliable garage door companies Omega is not one of them. Learn from my mistake please.
