My husband send a letter in order to cancel his membership and was never processed by your department, please look at email below. He actually Cc me on the response. That was sent on April 4th and we still receiving monthly charges on my credit card xxx-X034.

Please take action about this, why your personnel is so irresponsible.

Look at the email below and I am expecting a proper refund. I will just consider 30 days as your normal contract says after April 4th.

He actually re-send the letter yesterday FROM HIS EMAIL ADDRESS ACTUALLY ON YOUR RECORDS.
