I ordered a prom dress on April 9. I got a receipt no: UUH13041003272722 and read on the website I would have a tracking number within three days. On April 16th I sent them an email inquiring about the dress and heard nothing. I sent another email and was told to email the company direct which is the email above lafememepromdressonsale.com/, which I didand got no response. After my third email I got a response from "sherry green" promdresscustonmerservices@gamil.com where she stated "Hi you order dress will be ready soon, we will send as soon as possible. On the 18 I send another email stating that is I did not receive a 10-digit tracking number or have the dress on my doorstep I would take legal action. NO response, no dress. During all this I called mu credit card company to stop the transaction but the bank had already paid them. Please take action.
