Since mid-June have registered and bid on items, with many alleged "wins" and have paid for most everything I have "won." Have bank statements to show that transactions are complete and they have accepted monies from my account. Yet, for the majority of the items "won, " I have received no response. No codes for access to "Hotel Cash, " "restaurant.com, " "Florida Vacations" and such. And no response from the many requests sent to their web site "contact us" area. Two responses received have fulfilled a very small portion of the items paid for. This is a false business with apparently no scruples or intention of providing what they have printed they will do on their site information pages -..."ship items within 24 hours of receipt of payment." They have not, and continue to ignore requests. No one is EVER available at the phone number listed, no matter the time of day or night. It constantly says "unavailable."
