And Chris DeGeorge Ripoff and Poor Business Practices

Prior to Thanksgiving I ordered items that have not been delivered despite repeated requests to the owner, Chris DeGeorge. I payed through PayPal and Mr. DeGeorge accepted the payment several days latter. I have sent many requests for shipping information and all he'll tell me is that the items shipped Priority mail but he has ignored every single request for the shipping number.

His internet policy page also places the risk of loss on Meridian in my situation based the value and type of goods I ordered. He has also refused to communicate with me about his own shipping policies.

It has now been over 90 days since I placed my order and I am no closer to the items than when I placed the order. Mr. DeGeorge's responses are very limited and simply has ignored all requests for the shipping information or a refund.

There are other people who have placed larger orders that have not received their items and are experiencing the same/similar responses that I am.

I have never received such poor customer service and I would advise anyone considering a purchase from them to think long and hard before doing so. It isn't a company that I would do business with and this is my first and only order with them. Buyer beware.
