Non-payment for consigned goods

Began consigning items at the Garage Sale Depot in February through June. Many of the consigned items sold and sales were documented via records provided by the store.
Have made 4-5 requests in person for payment to no avail and once via email. I have received many excuses ech time and even a "the check's in the mail" type response.
Do not take items here for consignment and except to be paid according to the contract.in fact, don't expect to be paid at all.
