Wanted a credit report and was charged $1.00 only to be later charged $29.95 no where does it say that I will be charged later. Called and was told I will be given a full refund in 7-10 days still have not seen a refund. Called again again and again only to be told to send a bank statement. This company is a scam giving people to run-a-rounds. And I was told by a customer service rep that I may of got the refund but it didnt show in my account call the bank! WOW guess im a idiot now!!
