Called Expedia on 08/27 to book a hotel in Nashville, Tn and spoke with Vin. I was quoted a price of $80, told them I wanted the room and was placed on hold for 42 minutes. I was able to hear them talking the whole time. I was then hung up on. I then called back and spoke with Stan, who then quoted a price of $179.00. I explained to him what had happen and he said he couldn't do that price and I requested to speak to a supervisor, then I was hung up on again. I called back and spoke to a female. I informed her of the issue I was having and again requested to speak to a supervisor, I then spoke with Bill explained it all to him and he stated that he couldn't do that price. After all this he stated he wasn't a supervisor. I was then transferred to Regina and she stated that they couldn't do the original price I was quoted by Vin. I wouldn't recommend using Expedia to any of my family or friends and will be telling everyone I know of this experience.
