Expedia terrible customer service

I was booking a package for my friends wedding! Not only did Expedia.com mess up my itinerary which was causing me not to have a hotel the first night, they refused to help me when I called to fix the error. They forced me to book with the inflated price, but they couldn't even do that! I was on the phone with them for 4 1/2 hours! Nightmare. Do not use them!
