I was sent synthetic instead of human hair, wrong hair colour - just like all of the other complaints. The wig was matted - my cat sleeps in it. There are SO MANY complaints - what can we do about it?

I believe it would damage their business (es) if PayPal withdrew its service as this gives these companies an air of professionalism - if we complain to PayPal they can withdraw their services as the company is not reputable. I have confirmed with PayPal and this is the case. Please write so that we can get stop these awful people who may be affecting people with serious health conditions - and noone deserves to be ripped off!
