Bought wig because of hair loss through illness and medication. Biggest load of rubbish I have ever seen. Emailed their customer services ASAP and have been given the run around over about 10 email replies. They will not accept that there is anything wrong with the product. I am now going to try to claim my money back through PayPal. Please do not use this site it is not a uk site which in itself is illegal i believe.
