I purchaed a human hair wig that was advetised in their websiten and paid $13100
Instead I received a syntatic wig whit curly hair. The one that I purchased had straight hair. I reside in Arizona where the temperture in the summer is between 110 to 118 degree, this syntatic wig would only burn.
I contated as soon as I received the wig, they would not sent my selected wig and offered 10% refund. I just want my money back. UK has been in contact with them. Stating that they need to change their return policy. Did not do much
