I signed up to receive low cost phone service for the inmate That was calling me. I didn't know after receiving the low cost phone number that now you still had to put more money in to use the service and the jail only accepted certain phone companies. I received the instructions on the Internet on how to use the number and they said not to tell anyone where I received the number from. I immedetaily cancelled the service because it does state they will refund if cancelled in 30 days. They cancelled me and will not return my money. Do not use this service
