Incorect order - stone cookware/pots and pans

I pressed the wrong button when i ordered a item then rang them up and tried to change it they said that its in their policy that once you order something thats what you get and you can't change it the thing is i didn't want a refund i just simply wanted to change the order and the person that spoke to me was very rude to me so i told them i wanted nothing to do with there fucking pathetic business and to unscribe me straight away so remember if you are going to order something on living social deals press the right button
