Ms. Ashcraft, dba French Manor Properties, offered me a "risk free" REIT investment on September 12. I gave her $36,000. She promised to pay me back, with interest, on January 31. On June 6 after dozens of deadline extensions she wrote me a check for the amount owed, but it was returned to me for insufficient funds. She doesn't respond to written or digital communication from myself or my attorneys.
