Ordered yarn from this company on December 11. My charge card was charged immediately and I received notification that my order was being processed by the company. Never received item and no further communication until I contacted them by email on January 4. Received email from them on January 9 stating they needed to cancel my order and that they would send a check the following week. Based on that information check should have been sent out by January 18. Filed dispute with my credit card company on January 31 and lo and behold refund check was received today, postmarked the day after my credit card call. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
