Ordered clear tv digital antenna buy 1 get one free received on 5-21 returned 5-22 product did not work sent through regular mail clear tv claiming never received package calling every week since may on July 18 talked to April and she promised a full refund of 35.93 again on august 16 talked to Kevin he told me he would have to pull up the log to see what April promised called again talked to Lisa who claims nothing she can do since there is no tracking number and no proof of sending package back. Called Inspecter general case#ca113798875 and consumer affairs. Where to go from here. This is truly a scam. It is not about 35.93 any more its about customer service and doing the right thing
