Dell Compute
This is the worst company EVER!

Dell sent a tech to my home to fix my screen. I have in home service agreement. This person come in on the 6th of August and proceeds to dismantle my computer when I question him as to what he's doing he then looks at the dispatch order and sees he has the wrong order then logs online from his working computer to figure out how to put my laptop back together. This take him more than 3 hours to do. He then informs me that my computer has a bad mother board and needs to be replaced. There was NOTHING wrong with my mother board before you ripped my cmputer apart! He packs up his tools and leaves and I notice there are parts that were parts of the computer that he failed to put back in. I call dell and tell them this and stress to them my urgent need to have my computer working as its how I work. Snd they take there time 3 days to be exact to send out another tech who breaks the computer even worse leaving wires exposed. They then tell me that I must send the computer to them which isn't what my warrenty agreement says but I do anyway because I'm 6 days without work and pay at this point. I send them the computer on the 12th of August and now on the 19th I get a call that they are just starting to work on repairing my laptop AFTER I was PROMISED that it would be escalated to top priority. I have filed a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and will contact any and all other media and complaint departments possible. I will never buy another dell product ever in my life as there customer service representatives are bottom of the barrel and there businesses practices are equally horrible...
