Lax night club at the luxor in las Vegas nv
Unnecessary rudeness maltreatment

Sat night of august 17 th of 2013 my birthday night we went to lax at the luxor we as my husband and I his brother and the brothers girlfriend they went in before us we got in like 12:30 my feet were hurting bad from standing in line so finally we get in and my husband paid 50 dollars for his entry and 30 for mine as we get in we looked for our other half of the party found them and started dancing all four of us a couple that was there before us wwas dancing too the female had tooken her shoes off because she was tired so once I seen that I took mine off too and my brother in laws girl did too we danced a little more when approached by a female worker and told all of us to put our shoes back on so we did for a bit longer and as we got tired again we took them off again when the female worker came accompanied by a tall african bouncer who was extremely rude he came and said you guys have id so we said yes handed it to him when after he said follow me we were scared not knowing what was going to happen to us since he didnt tell us what they were doing with us until we got all the way to the front of the club when we noticed we got kicked out for petty reason not wearing shoes we were never belligerent nor starting fights or anything in that matter maybe if is a rule they have thats fine but there was no warning made to us that if we didnt put our shoes on we would be kicked out never was told anything when in the front I asked to speak to a manager another african male came and very awful disrespectfully to us saying theres nothing to do when I asked if he was the manager he said no that the manager was busy taking care of a fight when we said thats when they should get thrown out for that not something so petty like our situation. My husband is an active duty Sargeant that cannot risk getting into any trouble we were calm when asked for a number to complaint the security gave me a anger management number I dont know if she was being funny but it was not a funny matter I find that very disrespectful as well at that the other couple that was there prior to us did not have her shoes on and they did not get kicked out my birthday was ruined as well my trip to vegas getting kicked out at 230 does not leave you with much time to go to another club and have to pay for another entry at another club this is by far the worst experience I have ever had I wish further investigation to be reimburse for this bad night thanx to the staff at lax.
