Unnecessary rudeness maltreatment

Finally we made it in to the night club lax we meaning my husband and I this was like 12:30 had started dancing after a little while my feet was hurting bad from the wait in line and dancing so I took my shoes off our brother in law and girlfriend were in there a little earlier than us so when we got in we met up with them so his girlfriend was tired too so she took her heels off as well mind you there was a couple there that had been dancing and the girl had her shoes off all night well a little while after a lady I believe she might had been a bouncer as well came and told us to put our shoes on to all 3 couples so we all did but our feet started hurting again so we all took our heels off again when the girl came again but this time with a tall african male when he approached us he immediately said you guys have id on you but he only said it to my brother in laws girlfriend and me not to the 3 rd couple so we gave him our ids than he said to follow him didnt tell y he needed our ids or where we were going nothing when we were tooken outside the club when he than said goodnight thats when we noticed we had gotten kicked out with no knowledge of what we had done wrong we got no warning from the girl she could have told us if you guys dont keep you're shoes on youre going to get kicked out and you're money that you paid will not be refundable and keep in mind it was not cheap my husband paid 50 for him and 30 for me the other couple paid the same for literally 2 hours on my birthday night I felt horrible the way they kicked us out as if we were fighting in there or being drunk and not acting right but we were on our best behavior my husband is an active duty Sargeant that cannot risk getting into trouble we could not believe how disrespected we felt when tried to talk to a manager of the club only a supervisor came out but he was so rude and uncaring or understanable said for us to file a claim because there was nothing he could do so I asked to speak the manager when they told us he wasbusy taking care of a fight when we tthought thats what they should focus on not something so petty like our situation keep in mind the couple that was there prior to us did not get kicked out when her shoes were off as well why did they only focus on us we were not belligerent or disrespectful to any one else. I asked for a written copy of theirrules where it says you will get kicked out if you dont keep your shoes on and they say they didnt have any but every business should have that or we should have been worn and specially let us know we were getting walked out the club after only 2 hours of being there they ruined my birthday and my weekend at 230 there was no other club we ciuld have tried to get into at that time or pay another 80 or 100 dollars to get in this is very bad business from them when asked for a complaint number they gave an anger management number I dont know if they were being funny or what but its not a funny matter at all.
