Gave jeff kostecki $500 to repair some concrete he asked for a deposit as the cost was going to be high and he needed to pay for the concrete ahead of time
i believed this jack ass i never saw him again he refused my texts, phone calls and mail
reported to the bbb and attorney general
this man needs to be stopped he has no morals or no conconious about what he does... Its been said he is a dope addict and has a revoked drivers license dui drugs
he admists in a post that he has been taking advantage of people for years and to hire someone else.
