On feb 25 my husband paid $840.00 cash to a paul e flecher, the president of county concrete. This was a deposit on the installation of concrete around the pool area. The total cost was $1659.00. My husband tried to get in touch with paul fletcher on at least eight tries over five days. He finally called back and my husband decided to add concrete at the front of the house, paul stated it would cost an extra $300.00. He said he was backed up with work and that he would get started in a week. I gave him a check of $150.00. That's a total of $990.00 since then we have seen nor hear from paul fletcher. We have called at least 15 times he was never in. I have received the $150.00 check i paid him. He used his driver license and thump print to cash the check.

It's march 28 and we have not hear from paul fletcher please to help us.
