Construction dishonest ripoffs

Mr. Scott Fillman owner of Fillman's Concrete Contruction built a driveway in my house in McLean, VA.

The construction had many problems due to the lack of professionalism of Mr. Fillman. When I complained about the concrete borders that were not correct, Mr. Fillman replied that I could be reassured of the good quality of the work. The borders could be bad but the concrete would last at leat 20 years. His guarantee was of 5 years. I could rest confident.

The work was finished August.in October (two months later) the concrete surface started coming off. After a great number of phone calls Scott Fillman promised to repair. Nothing happened. I called several times again. Many excuses I got. His mother was sick. His truck broken. The weather was bad.

Finally I asked for 5 estimates of other builders. The repair will not be under $ 7.000.00 (seven thousand dollars).

Do you need concrete work? Do not call Scott Fillman. You will get a firm that does not stand behind their work or their word.
