I ordered a red LifeProof case and they sent me a black one. I double-checked to make sure I ordered red and I ordered correctly. When I emailed them, they responded that I had to return it at my own expense and that they would then send the red one. I haven't decided if I'm going to do that yet, as I'm not sure what color they'll send me this time!
