Lifeproof

I bought a Lifeproof case for my iPhone 5 on 06/27, less than a week after that the cover on the charge port broke and I sent lifeproof a warranty claim. It has now been 2 weeks and 3 claims later and I still havent heard a single word from them on how to get the problem fixed. I paid $80 for a case to make sure my precious phone is protected against all ellements like advertised by lifeproof, but at the moment the case is not anythingproof!

I atleast expected a reply by now on what to do to get my iphone protected again.
