I just recently ordered & received an order. I ordered 3 sets of Lexmark #16 & #26 Cartridges. I received 4 Black & 2 Color Cartridges. All of the Black ones had the Dark Green tops (normal), one of the Color ones had a Blue top instead of the Lighter Green (normal),?

I don't know how to get assistance in correcting this matter. I have not returned any reply to the card asking for the 5 Star Feedback Rating.
