Shipped wrong product, will not respoond to emails about return and refund

I ordered ribbon for my daughters wedding. The color I ordered was not the color that was shipped.
Over the last two weeks, I've emailed them 3 times asking about returning the ribbon. They have not responded to my emails.
I decided to try and call them. I can not find their telephone number published anywhere. Then I decided I would just mail the ribbon back. I cannot find a mailing address.
Apparently, the return policy published on their website means very little.
