I joined their car breakdown assistance service - prices seemed very attractive. My car broke down at home, and they sent out a guy with a car transporter. He was not a trained mechanic, just a breakdown truck driver. He took my car to the nearest dealership (3 miles away). A few days later, I received a bill for £90 - "because my car required special equipment" to get it on the truck - buried in the small print of the t/cs they have this exclusion - no other breakdown company has. Steer well clear of these sharks. Unless you have a flat battery, I bet everything else is recovered using "special equipment", at £30 a mile.
