Lying, scamming, fake "insurance" take your money, don't fix! Beware!

My husband purchased an extended car repair service warranty a few months ago from "nationwide automotive protection"
The 1010 wins Ny) ad that he got it from covers engine and transmission breakdown, the only 2 conditions to pass 45 days from the contract date and add another 1,000 miles.

3 months later and 2,000 miles later, the transmission breaks down so this "peace of mind" (their slogan) becomes a Nightmare. They want the exact diagnosis for the breakdown which takes 4 hours of labor to take the transmission apart then they have to send their "expert" who decided the breakdown was from a pre existing condition. They knew that the car is 12 years old with a 151,000 miles on it. Why would i need a extended car warranty for a brand new car?

The car is now at the dealership for 3 weeks, and we will have to pay and take them all to court! THEY broke the contract! Beware! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and so should everyone!
