I ordered 3 DVDs on Aug. 2. Received email confirmation that said they will ship in 3-5 business days. It is now 11 days later. I've tried to call and to email them. No answer. No one ever answers the phone. (866-962-7144 or 207 989-1187, same message) And after reading more complaints, I realize this is a scam?! How do we get the authorities involved?
