Ordered dvd from them. Never received item. Each time i called them, i get a voicemail. My mistake was i didn't think to check the BBB which has numerous complaints against them beforehand and now i am out some money and no dvd. Company is a scam and a bunch of thieves. Do not do business with them. For me, this is a lesson learned.
