I ordered a dvd and am still waiting for it. They charged me for it May 29, but still haven't shipped it. There website says they ship daily and you will get the movie within 3 to 5 business days. I called the number they give you on their website and left a message with my order number five days ago, but haven't received a call back. I called the number (it was different) on my credit card statement and someone answered but said he has nothing to do with raredvds, they just run the cc through that company. I guess I will wait a little longer and see if I receive it, but from the reviews I just read I'm not expecting much.
