This Fraud Company really needs to re-train their employees!

I had gotten charges on my bank statement from this Company. When I tried calling this company at one time I had got a recorded message that wouldn't end. The next time I called I heard the menu option, where they said to press 6 for customer service. I had gotten this one guy on the phone where he asked my name and address and the last 4 if my social.

I was trying to explain to him about me calling a couple of days ago and he interrupted and asked when, I had told him late at night when I got off of work he interrupted again he said who did you talk to and I answered that there was this recording talking this no good customer service rep went on and on and said you did not call because we aren't open at that time and you guys are so many hrs behind us and we are open such and such business hrs.

I was trying to explain to him while he kept twisting the story he kept going on and on about you are lying you said you spoke to someone I had to start yelling I yelled, I said I got a answering service that kept going on and on and he just wouldn't shut his mouth, I kept asking if I could speak but he rudely kept running his mouth, when I asked who am I speaking with he said whatever bye-bye and hung up.

When I called back it was him again because he had a very feminine way of speaking, so I said yes can I get youre name please, he started acting deaf and started saying hello, hello, hello? Then hung up. I waited about 15 min and got someone else on the line, I asked her what was the name of her co worker with a feminine being she said RJ. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she said hes the supervisor. I said well hes the supervisor where is the manager she said hes the big dog right now. I said whats the name of the person thats ahead of him and she said nobody then I got her name and asked if I could get my refund reimbursed back to my account and she said no I had 3 days to cancel where they sent me an email stating I had 3 days. I told her I haven't got it and she said well theres nothing we could do.

So I just hung up and made dispute charges with Bank of America. I feel these banks are no help in protecting your money. I had called the bank a few days before these charges were made and told them the only transaction that I verified was for my car payment and nothing else and I closed my card and applied for a new one but the agent today told me that these people did a check withdrawal where they know your account number and all that. Thats scary that these banks are allowing that to happen and saying they can't do nothing about it. I think this needs some theral investigation.
