Miscellaneous

I signed up for a "risk free" trial offer. And my account was debited for $1.93. However, I never received the skin products. Then my account was debited $1.02. Still I waited. Then my account was debited for $97.88. Still no product to approve or disapprove of. The last charge caused my account to be overdrawn costing me $30.00 in bank charges. I told them I never received the order and how unhappy I was with the money being debited out of my account and that I did not want to do business with them. They said I would have to prove they did not ship it. If I could do that I could send them a copy of the proof, and they may be able to refund me my money, but that I would not get the bank charges back, or I could opt out and take $49.00 now. I opted out. I figured at least I get some of my money back. But apparently they send you a 30 day supply in 60 day supply bottles. But you don't get to use it for the whole 30 days. You must have it back to them before the day you placed the order. So basically you get a 5 day trial. With a load of risk. Please do something about this shady operation. They are deliberately misleading consumers. I would love to get my money back, but more than that I would like knowing that this company is stopped from conducting business.
