Callled n Netzero and foreign guy answered sai he was Netzero and that he needed to acess my computer to do a further check. Thing it was Netzero I agreed he then informed that someone else had hacked into my Email an referred me to specialist who then who took my credit card number and charged me $199.00, he then went into computer and changed a lot of stuff including my email which no longer works. I don't know if this a scam or not but I'm canceling my credit card.
