Waste Management over charges and treats their customers horrible

Waste Management kept increasing my rates every 9 months, a few dollars each time. This time they knocked it up over $12.00. I cancelled service and went with Springs Waste for HALF the price. I was paid up through the end of July, the last pick up day was the last day of July and yet these creeps sent me another invoice for $5.73. $4.00 was their "ADMINISTRATIVE FEE" for sending me an invoice. I don't even know what the $1.73 is for. This company is way out of line price wise and I've had numerous issues with them over the years getting them to pick up. One time a city service truck was blocking our street, they left and refused to come back that week at all.
