This Computer tech oufit sent a message on 6/10 that they would diagnose my comuter for errors. They showed that they found quite a few problems which looked quite impressive to me. They advised me to take my computer to someone like Staples to get it running smoothly again. However, they could do it on the spot for $39.94. This was an untruth/scam because I ended up paying $490.00 in addition to the $39.94. I have not experienced any improvements since then. For the amount of money I paid I was given unlimited calls for assistance if I needed to. They left an icon to click for chats. I had one chat which changed nothing. I'm therefore sending a complaint to retrieve my money to my visa credit card.
