After an icon appeared on my screen telling me i had problems with my computer (which i did) i finally parted with $249.95 equivalent to £168.12 British Pounds. I regretably gave remoteaccess to them and "they sorted my computer out". I have since had more problems and now cannot even get onto my computer properly. I realise that they may now have info and other details of mine and i am very reluctant to contact them again. I wishnow that i hadnever contacted them and would like to retrieve my money from them.
