My Daughter ordered kitchen units in March once the plan had been devised by their agent. He stated that she had until September 30th to place the delivery date she paid him3100 for the plan! Which would be deducted from the total price.
This week 22nd July on giving a delivery date, she was informed that they had not received the order (the agent had left the company) and that they would not now honour the price! If they had not received the order then how did they know what price they were not going to honour. She was then informed by Lucy Kitchens Manager, that they would refund the £100 deposit even though they did not have to! In fact they do have to as they have reneged on their contract. Beware of this Company, their staff do not tell the truth either.
