Filled an application online as the price for a kitchen was great!
Kitchen designer came out to price the kitchen (he was pleasant, he would be because that's his job... Selling!) he left with £100 deposit saying kitchen wil be here within 4weeks. I was told if I want to cancel I can within 7 days for a full refund.
After ordering I googled the company only to find very bad reviews of the company. I called my fitter the next day he asked where I ordered I told him and he sed cancel it while you can you won't get your kitchen there a SCAM. They are under so many other names, stay clear from them please.
I have canceled my order within the 7 days and im still waiting for a refund. Their customer service is so crap. If you want to place an order they will be with you the very next day but if for a refund you will never get thru to the person dealing with cancellations!
I don't know how they are getting away with it. I am glad it's my £100 I lost not £2000!!!
If it sounds too good to be true then it probably isn't
I HOPE THEY GET CAUGHT and REFUND WHAT'S MINE!!!
